Collis Engineering Civils Division is the specialist Civil Engineering division of the Signal House Group. 

Minimising the risk in multiple subcontracts is often a mind-bending situation. This often leads to main contractors letting sub contracts to many disciplines, increasing costs in project management and project delivery.

By offering a full turnkey package in design, supply and installation of sub and super structures, Collis Engineering Civils Division internalises project risks thus offering substantial cost savings and efficiencies in project delivery.

Our skilled and dedicated team of engineers offer services including (but not limited to):
• Design, manufacture and installation of railway signalling sub & superstructures,
• Project management, including full planning,
• Full geotechnical and topographical surveying and reporting where necessary,
• Structure refurbishment and painting.

Our team of Project Delivery Managers work closely with the client on all aspects of projects. This close relationship ensures that any potential problems are identified early, risks minimised and projects are delivered on-time with maximum efficiency.

All of our site staff carry mandatory, valid track safety cards (PTS). In addition we also offer Lookouts, COSS personnel, Site Wardens and other railway possession specific personnel.
