Collis Civil Engineering is the specialist railway civil engineering arm of the Signal House Group and is the specialist in project managing signal structure installation for signalling projects.

Our vastly experienced team calls on the in-house resource capability in the Signal House Group to deliver a complete service, from initial geotechnical investigations and reporting to the final installation of signal structures and signal heads. Our unique position in the industry means that multiple sub-contracts can be minimised, risks internalised and projects delivered in a cost effective way with no adverse impact on project programmes.

Our experience in delivering full turnkey projects extends to offering a complete refurbishment package for signal structures that have been installed for some time. Our team of Project Engineers work closely with the client on all aspects of projects. This close relationship ensures that any potential problems are identified early, risks minimised and projects are delivered on-time with maximum efficiency.

All of our site staff carry mandatory, valid track safety cards (PTS). In addition we also offer Lookouts, COSS personnel, Site Wardens and other railway possession specific personnel.
